Warzone FPS drop spikes. Need help guys!

Hi all,
sorry to post this under general hardware forum, but I still don't know that the problem is.
To start with my setup:

Dell G5 5587 gaming laptop
Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20 GHz 2.21 GHz
16.0 GB RAM
Windows 64 bit

Graphics cards: Intel (R) UHD Graphics 630
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design

So here is my problem:
I have three games installed on my laptop. Cod Warzone, GTA V and Rocket League.
I get fps drop spikes that last around 3-5 seconds and appear every 8 seconds or s. Fps goes down from 60-70 to as low as 8-10 . You can probably imagine how bad and annoying this is while playing.
Note, that fps drop in only GTA V and Warzone. Rocket League runs smooth as hell with very consistent fps.
Highest temperature was a steady 77 Celsius.

And here's is what I tried so far:
First, I deleted GTA V, just because I didn't play it much. Then I re installed Warzone.
I have updated the NVIDIA driver, and rolled it back too. Not much of a difference though. However after re installing the game and rolling back the driver I get fewer fps drops. Note that, I have adjusted all graphics settings within Warzone, and play on the lowest possible which again isn't ideal.
I have "played" around as shown in some Youtube videos and forums, with the NVIDIA control panel settings as well as setting up priority of Warzone through Task Manager.

I really don't know what to do guys. This is supposed to be a fricking mid range gaming laptop, and in order to get fewer fps drops (can't even imagine having none) I have to play in the lowest graphic settings possible and games are still unplayable.
I haven't messed with BIOS yet as I don't these settings well.

Any advice and help is hugely appreciated!!
Thank you very much in advance,
these current times, a lot of us have been limited to a few pleasures in life and gaming is one of mine.
Cheers guys,
Alex

There is your problem
I agree, I have GTX 1080's x2 in SLI and Warzone takes those to task pretty well.

Well, I was going to say: try the nvidia panel and ingame settings, but I see you already have changed most of those. Perhaps some simple windows optimizations: like turn off windows transparency effects, get that power slider to "max performance", etc, etc. Always play on AC power and not on battery, may be get a cooling pad if the GPU is throttling. If the lowest ingame settings doesn't help much, I don't know what should.

Is your internet OK? You play on LAN or wifi? Any sound problems that you have noticed? Anything else that can cause FPS drops?

Thanks man! I play with wifi, internet is superb. steady 70mbs! No sound problems at all to be honest. Either my laptop or/and graphics card is faulty or I don't know. However when I first dowloaded Warzone it ran very smooth.

warzone since it's first release has been updated multiple times and with some of these updates there may be a issues with specific hardware like yours, especially a laptop setup. this game is very heavy tasking on gpu side so this is the thin point. have played the game and even i had fps drops and glitches, not to mention stability issues with the game... So the game itself is not optimized and buggy and don't wonder so much why it is not going smooth.....

I see, I am now trying to uninstall my current graphics driver and reinstall an older version from when the game was actually running smoothly. Maybe that'll work.
