Warzone low fps with a 2070 super?

Hello guys i need your help
I play CoD Warzone with Pc and i my Fps i think are low for the graphic card
My setup is:
Ryzen 5 3600
Kfa2 2070 super
16gb Ram
Asus Prime a320
Monitor: Omen hp 144hz AmD Freesync 27”
When i set the graphic on everything high i dont go up of 110 fps...when i play with low setting its like 90 to 130 fps...
You think its normal?sorry for my bad english but i need your help!

Warzone offers RayTracing, Filmic 2X TSAA, Ambient Occlusion, DLSS, and many other graphically taxing options. I think within the 100FPS range on "High" settings from a mid-range laptop card is more than acceptable.

Some things you can do to improve performance; verify temperatures are not exceeding 74C under load on the graphics card to maintain optimal boost clocks. If it is, clean and re-paste. Also undervolt the card to limit it's power consumption/thermals.

I have try everything, if i put the settings on low i can increase the Fps of 10-20 but nothing more...also my gpu temperature is ok,max 65
I dont know what is going on...
I see benchmark videos with my same setup and they stay in 130-140 fps with high settings

Its down to the fact the game has been updated. Its literally a bigger game and more taxing.
