Moved to games, not sure why you though it should be Motherboard/memory related. There are already a number of threads on this subject, take a look at them, including a news article about the Ultra specs.

I am not the best person to answer that, simply because I would never upgrade most of my PC components for a single game, but as a start, you need to fill in your system specs so members can see what you have now, just take a look at the attached picture which will lead you to how/where to do it.........

I feel like the FirstnameLastnameXXXX usernames are a little bit dubious. Looks remarkably like spammer/bots.

here you go
I dont think you need 780 graphic for watch dog, 770 work well anyway
but good cpu and mb are required!!

Agree, you dont need 780 for this game, take those money to upgrade your mobo and cpu, also the ssd!

The GTX 770 4GB or R9 290 are probably the sweet spot for lowest price cards you can get stable Ultra settings with. Seems Ultra for this game involves a $400 GPU investment minimum.

That said, I'm not sure you can define anything about this game as stable. The frame rates are all over the place with most any spec.

Well I would guess that it's still dependant to a certain extent on screen res, can't imagine that with a decent CPU and ram that a 2GB 770 would not run ultra below 1080p.
