I would like to get a waterproof phone/tab/laptop next month for a few projects. must be wareproof not just spillproof and spillproof keyboard. must be newer than core duo and be able to at least have win 7 or rootable android, must also have at least 16gb storage for tab and 64GB storage for laptop/windows.
budget is 650USD and I am willing to pay 50 extra for fedex shipping (must be fedex with tracking USPS sucks in my area and UPS never knocks and have abused packages several times) will pay in amazon gift codes and paypal.
