yes, it is. it doesn't do the math - it passes it onto the hardware.
the idea of a COMPUTER built out of SOFTWARE is by their definitions impossible.

I have built a computer inside Garry's mod with wire mod. It calculated Fibonacci's sequence when you inputted a digit. It would display it on a text screen. Problem was, I tried to do Fibonacci 50, and it crashed the server.
