I'm still not 100% on how I should be designing a site whose target audience is most likely to have computers running IE 6 in the worst case scenario and IE 8 in their best case scenario because most of the target audience will be on Windows XP.
I feel the MSDN articles can be excessively wordy, so I just kind of fuzz out sometimes. Maybe that's my queue to go do something else?
