@Yahia

The same question was just answered a couple of days ago.

Disable Windows 11 Virtualization Based Security, reboot, delete the ThrottleStop.INI configuration file and everything should be OK.

After you get that fixed up, post an updated screenshot of the FIVR window.

Optimize for what? I prefer maximum performance.

Some 8750H owners get slightly better Cinebench R23 results by leaving the cache at -125 mV and bumping the core up to -150 mV or -175 mV. Do some testing. If this setting gives better results and is still 100% stable then use whatever works best.

I prefer leaving the turbo ratios at their default values. Do you still have a cooling problem? What thermal paste did you use? Hopefully not MX-4. How did you apply it?

I also like to set the PL1 power limit to 60 instead of 45. Only do this if your cooling system can handle it. Leave it as is if you prefer less heat.

Try something else. Noctua NT-H2 works better, longer. MX-4 can quickly degrade and pump out at high temperatures. Try covering the CPU die in a thin, even layer. This method might work better than the line or dot method.

Check the MMIO Lock box and fix the cooling problem. No point in making changes until the cooling problem is solved.

Well i think i just fixed the cooling issue all thanks to your instructions.
I just repasted and used the spread method. Scored 6355 R23 cinebench
i think now i need to fix the power limit throttling issue what should i do?

Also set the MSR PL1 power limit to 60W instead of 45W. If your laptop still throttles at 45W then there is nothing you can do. Some laptops have hard power limits that are enforced by the manufacturer.

I always clear the BD PROCHOT box. Leaving BD PROCHOT checked can cause massive throttling issues on some poorly designed laptops.
