Welcome some new, and some old, moderators to TPU!

As many may know, we have upgraded @bogmali and @RCoon to supermod status not too long ago, and with most moves from mod to supermod, slots were left to fill.

After much deliberation, a diplomatic vote, and waiting for a spare second for W1zzard to put it all into action, while hard at work on Turning card reviews, the new staff is live!

We would like to introduce, in no particular order, @Easy Rhino, @Ahhzz, @Solaris17, and @95Viper to the ranks of moderator status! For two of these moderators, after a long vacation, they are back in the ranks! For two others, this is a whole new ball game of living at TPU

We also spread moderators out more evenly across the board, and you may see some familiar faces poking in from time to time in new sections of coverage too.

Please feel free to give them a warm welcome and get their names in mind should you need any help on TPU.

From my Mod days elsewhere, a "Mod" was assigned a forum or sub-forum, a "super mod" could range over a few or all forums.

Besides having mod access to the whole forum, I think they also get to see hardware reviews before they go live, eg the upcoming NVIDIA RTX cards.
