That stuff is kinda of later, because I get my check on the twelfth of September, so...right now I can only get the basics: CPU, MB, RAM, CD/DVD burner, PSU. I have two thirty-six gig Raptors, so I don't need a HDD. Anyone know a good, quiet, seven-hundred plus watt, modular PSU. I think I want to go modular because I'm always in my case...

Only if he needs 1000 watts though. The HX series is all good, but 1k watts seems escessive unless he running 2x280 in SLI

Actually I took the loan out to pay off credit card debit, but it is subsidized, so...

I went to the PSU calculator and put in everything I was thinking about putting in and a bit more and it said a seven-hundred watt PSU, so, I was thinking seven-fifty plus to be safe.

Are you going with a 64 bit OS?

I just picked up another set of 8 GB DDR2-1000 G.Skill for $160. Works great. I did not get the funky heatsinks since I had the OCZ DDR cooler, but how about 2 sets of this for RAM?

As for water cooling I'm no expert but I've heard Danger Den sells some high quality goods.
