I know I'd need to format this as GUID aka GPT to get the full fledged 8TB of space, zero partitions. 4TB WD Black HDDs aren't cutting it for PC games because I heavily prefer to have everything permanently installed. Wonder if I ought to do full backup and restore for all Steam games or just have the Steam install point the primary drive being the eventual 8TB HDD and move games over that way. Might use FastCopy.
Included GOG, DOS, and some others. Thankfully none from EGS.
Only $250 prior to tax from Amazon.com and might try my luck on eBay.

I always move my steam files around when moving hdd's, then just point steam there and it will do it's things, I dont even need to install steam as all it's files are in the same partition, after formatting, I run steam.exe and it fixes itself and the games will also fix themselves when you first run them.
Hope this is clear enough thought...
