[WTB][US] WFC low end PC parts.

Hey guys, I'm building a new PC for my grandparents (their PC right now is a dino from '97 with a 400mhz celeron in it) and I'm looking for some parts to start the build. I'm not looking for anything really fancy, just a 1ghz or higher single core cpu, motherboard, ram, psu, a cheap used DVD drive, a case and potential video card. If I can get a motherboard with onboard video it will do just fine, all they will be doing is web browsing and looking at pictures on it.
My only request in replies is just that the parts be powerful enough to run XP SP3 and some spyware protection. Donations of any free parts are always welcome

Edit:
Just so everyone knows my goal is to spend less than $50 on the entire PC because like I pointed out earlier I really don't need anything remotely good. In fact it would be a waste of time and money because they will never get full use out of it.

I have a few old Gateways at home ill take a look at. If they are up to your standards your more than welcome to have one.

I appreciate it, but that's way more power than they will ever use. They only know email, google, and how to look at pictures on their desktop. (just to give you an idea of what kind of hard driving usage this machine will get)
