The power supply is rubbish but apart from that the system will perform well generally speaking. Its not worth 800 Euro.

For 800 Euro should be able to get you something close to a i5 7xx/8xx or Phenom II X4/X6.

The i3 540 is a dual core CPU with hyper threading. Do yourself a favour a get an i5 CPU instead for the extra cores. Games benefit from physical cores more than logical ones.

The more physical cores the better... trust me. If your budget doesn't allow a quad core now then just wait and save up for the quad. You'll thank me if you actually plan to play BC2.

Keep in mind that there are some people who dont want to play the game with all the eye candy. They just want to play it. The End.

A good point of the i3 over the i5 7xx series is the bloody overclocking they offer. Compensate the technic (4 cores) with BRUTE FORCE! (clock) ;)
