8:1 <== what mean?

What is the reason for the difference compared to nvidia a100?
ex) FP16 (half) performance: 77.97 TFLOPS (4:1)

AMD MI210 = 8:1
NVIDIA A100 = 4:1

What's the difference?

I would like to know why there is a difference in the ratio.
