I was using a 2MB hushmail account but I always worry that leaving emails there will overflow the account, anyone knows where can I find a similar email security with more then 2 MB 10MB will be ok

GMail...

Honestly if you think the NSA can't see a publicly available email provider than you're clueless. And if you have something worth hiding from the NSA than I wouldn't want to help you anyway.

Secure web email is a joke. Encrypt locally if needed.

I really doubt they can if you end to end encrypt it like these providers recommend.

However, how many people do you email that use end to end encryption? I'm betting 0.

ProtonMail is probably the best for security but realize that it is not easy to use. The messages have to be encrypted and decrypted in the browser before/after transmission.

For sending files unsecurely, Hotmail/Live/Outlook gives you a OneDrive account with like 10 GB worth of storage. There's also DropBox and Google Drive.
