I'd offer Gabe Newel's blood for HL2:E3 and/or HL3.
I just want the narrative finished. Even TV shows that get cancelled halfway through tend to have fallbacks - either the novels they are adaptations of exist for the complete narrative, or another network picks up the rights and renews the cancelled show.
Half-life is basically PC gaming's version of Firefly.
On a more realistic note, Total Annihilation and Supreme Commander were excellent. Planetary Anniliation (Kickstarted, and disappointed) as well as SupCom 2 weren't really close enough to the TA franchise to be worthy of the name, and now that we have multicore PCs, the original game design can finally get a worthy sequel that modern PCs could handle.

I'd like a Bioshock and Bioshock 2 properly remastered in the Bioshock Infinite engine - that would be so awesome with newer textures and all the benefits that the newer UE engine provides.
HL3, but since Valve can't count past 3 and go straight to 4 instead, I'd have to first teach them junior school mathematics and probably have to offer my soul as well as a blood sacrifice to get it. But then they'd probably call it HL4 instead.
Not actually a game but I'd like the Horus Heresy stories of Warhamer 40k done in the new IDTech engine for the melee glory with chainsaws and chainaxes, bit like the Warhammer Space Marine game but focused on what happened during the Isstvaan assaults aright up to the siege of Terra. The Space Marines and demons would look sweet in that engine - if I had a £50,000,000 windfall I'd hire a team and make it after offering up my soul to the gods of the warp.

Half Life Alyx will be a healthy step in the Half Life universe. Most likely it will be a prequel before Gordon was awaken from his stasis. There will be at least 1 major traditional monitor based Half Life game after Half Life Alyx
