Don't apologize for your English my friend. This is an International Forum. The RTX 2060 isn't superior to the 1070 Ti unless Ray Tracing takes off.

This.
Keeping it cool is paramount.
Waiting for the next, greatest thing to land (AMD's new cards) is an option, but there is always something new and great right around the corner. (you can go crazy trying to decide when to buy)
So just do it. Go for the GTX-1070Ti. MSI gaming series cards are powerful and they stay cool. I own two of them. (an MSI GTX-1660Ti Gaming-X and a GTX-1080Ti Gaming-X Trio)

ASUS RTX2060.
I believe temperatures of RTX2060 are not so high as temps of RTX2080 and RTX2080Ti.
GTX1080 would be ideal.
Check reviews, once I take a look was 75C max temperature.

AMD Radeon VII is good card only they need just little more performance and I think many ex GeForce gamers will switch on Radeon if price stay same.
Maybe is Navy exactly what people wait. I don't know when they plan to launch, but ASUS RTX2060 is good choice. Anything lower I would rather play game on PS4.
That's minimum for good gaming GTX1060-RTX2060.

The 2060 anyday , even though you might get it with a worse cooler than the one on the 1070 TI the 2060 doesn't produce much heat as the 1070 TI , and don't forget DLSS.

Amd current generation prices in my country are insane vega 64 is 654$ and even rx 570 4gb is 225$

Might want to take a look there. The 2060 seems to be a smidgen faster at stock clocks.
However, the blower style coolers can be noisy.
No chance of getting one from abroad?
it will be more expensive

Personally I'd go with the Rtx 2060.

Although the Asus card has a blower fan, it might not be too loud considering the 2060 only has a tdp of about 160W.

If you need it right now, get 1070 Ti. If you can save a bit more to cover a decently cooled RTX 2060, get it. You'll gain some performance with 2060, but not that much. As always, read reviews to avoid getting a dud (like 2060 OC rev 1 from Gigabyte, there's a thread about it over here and multiple persons report high temperatures with it).

Vega 64 is not a good buy atm, price wise 56 is much better seeing how it's over 50% off now from what it used to be. But like Steve from GN saves, V56 is fun card if you like to OC.

You could also post a link to a local online retailer you'll be getting your cards from. It can give us a better perspective.

Finally, if you're coming from "there's no rush" perspective you can always wait for next great thing (which will be probably come in late Q3 or Q4 2019). That being said there's always something new around the corner and you have to account for issues such as pricing/availability, performance level etc. with new tech.

Given the fact these cards are roughly equal performers (game dependant, either card can come out ahead of the other), you should focus on quality of life features.

Forget about DLSS or RTX. The content isn't there and not coming soon in meaningful amounts anyway. DLSS is resolution/game restricted and a very minor, situational advantage right about now. RTX cripples performance unless you drop to very low quality.

Get the card with the best (most silent) cooling for its price. You will have the best experience that way. If you don't care about noise whatsoever, then RTX 2060 blower style is an option. But be aware that the resale value of those cards is generally not as good as a decent AIB open air.

Blowers are simply not that popular anymore and for good reason. They are jet engines under load. Writing on the wall is the fact even Nvidia doesn't sell them as NVTTM cooler anymore on the FE's. TDP is irrelevant in that sense, its just a marketing decision for them. We've had blowers on 250W Titans.

Waiting right now at this price point is no real use. Yes, next gen 7nm cards is very interesting but price will be inflated too and you're not buying high end here, you're squarely in midrange territory/pricing. You might get 20-30% more performance for your money, best case, with a lot of potential 'ifs and buts'. Its up to you if you feel that's worth waiting on, but its no different from most new gen releases.

just dived the price by 200 to get in dollars exp the gtx 1060 is 59900DA /200 = 299.5$

theres two reasons why im asking to buy a graphic card right now first is that i think the gtx 1070ti gaming is a good deal rn and the second thing is that ive seen a lot of people talking about the returning of crypto mining thats will make the prices goes up and up if thats true i think i should buy a graphic card rn otherwise i can wait two or three more months

I told you RTX 2060 is good card. I talk with guy who bought ASUS RTX2080 Turbo and she work good.
Your temps will be at least 10C lower because different GPU Class.
RTX2060 is few fps better than GTX1070Ti. Difference is maybe 5-10% average.

Only for RTX2080 and RTX2080Ti Turbo I would not consider them without waterblock.
With RTX2070 and RTX2060 it's not necessary.
RTX2060 have good fps, somewhere better than Vega64. But in some games Vega64 have better fps.
I think no better choice than RTX2060 Turbo. GTX1060 is significantly slower.

https://fractal-shop.com/boutique/c...phique/asus-geforcertx-2060-turbo-rtx2060-6g/

Personally I like more graphic cards similar to Turbo, not Dual model with two fans.
Both of them have advantage, Dual is better cooling but air mostly stay in PC Case and fan is more silent, Turbo have one fan but blow out of case directly and it's more noisy.
I would not advice you to buy RTX2070 and RTX2080 Turbo without some plan to eventually install aftermarket cooling.

You can check on youtube video clips about them. I like Turbo model mostly of all ASUS RTX models.
Except Matrix.

Don't listen other people I didn't advice you RTX2060 Turbo because RT and DLSS.
I looked only performance compared to GTX1070Ti. Anyway RT is practically useless on this generation of cards without cripple resolution.
Even RTX2080Ti need more performance for RT. But RTX2060 is good performing card and you should disable these new features.

I seriously doubt that crypto mining on gpu's will make a comeback anytime soon. That store you're using has pretty limited selection, search function on lists 2 2060 models and they're both from ASUS. Any other local options?

2060 is the faster card, wouldn't touch a Vega even if it were the same price.

You do not get a whole lot for a 2060 due to it's price.
Unless you have a 2060 you might want to reconsider your post. I have nothing against what a Vega 56 or 64 offers but this 2060 has delivered the performance I was looking for, and then some.

For me it was RX 480 vs 2060 at 1440P (use to be 1080P) plus the whole card meaning the beefy over sized heatsink, and lower power consumption (less heat in the case to vent.)

That benchmark is weak, dunno why ppl use it when there are extensive reviews available.laziness.

@Alaebike do not buy a blower card, even a very power efficient one like 2060.
What version is that 1070ti? Gaming armor or gaming x ?
