You need study PC building. Make a youtube account and subscribe to Newegg, Pauls Hardware, linus tech tips, Cougarglobal, ect

And start watching. There are good deals on old systems now but you don't want to go too old. Stay in the i3 i5, AMD APU A6, A8 generations

That Asus computer is a fair deal. Adding up all the parts in my head comes to $400 so they aren't making much. I suggest you look on craigslist for deals on a monitor. There's a 21 inch LCD near my house for $30 at the moment on there. After a monitor you are done, play some games.
