in your settings, at least it's in there for ATi cards.

I know this is an old thread of mine but I thought I would give an update to help others who may have this problem in the future. The problem with the card was corrupt video ram. I rma'd the card and it works fine now. Here's a link to the program I used to check the video ram. http://www.majorgeeks.com/Video_Memory_Stress_Test__d5896.html Thanks for everyones help.

get your money back !never buy 2nd hand hardware, Unless it is from a very very very trusted source..and that said its a very outdated card, even worse
