Not everybody hates programming.
Nobody suggested they did. I am saying absolute blanket statements work - or rather don't work both ways. Not everyone likes programming.

Just saying that for the same learning effort
And this blanket statement is wrong too. Learning an entirely new programming language requires the same learning effort as learning a few Excel commands? Come on! Be realistic, okay.
