Indeed...I’m getting my new 32” 1440 144 Freesync 2 monitor tomorrow to replace my 27” 1440 144 Freesync monitor...it’s a dangerous drug...

My monitor is a 32", and even has a wonderful VA panel in it, but it's... 60hz. And I keep telling myself I don't care. Because I don't. Really. Right guys? :laugh:

1080p @ 74Hz, sometimes is fun to try games in surround @ 5760x1080, though GTX 980 is kinda slow for that in newer games..

As a 1070 user, it's mostly 1080p 75hz with high to max settings on newer ganes, upscale to 1440p for older games

Using an old 24" Dell monitor as my main monitor, and I have two old 19" Dell monitors as tertiary screens. They can do 1280x1024@75Hz.

I have a 1080p monitor at 60 Hz (U2414H) but I frequently use VSR in games. I used to play Warframe at 4K with VSR but the latest Fortuna update really hurts my FPS so I dropped it to 1440p.

On the note of Super Sampling, which DSR/VSR essentially is, it is technically rendering the game at the specified resolution. It is rendered internally at that resolution then projected to the monitor at the native resolution creating a really nice AA effect. I have used both VSR (AMD) and DSR (NVIDIA) and I will say (some people will think I'm bias but honestly this is my 100% truthful opinion) the AMD approach creates a better image quality. There is no 'smoothing' option but the AMD approach creates better IQ. In Warframe the default AA (TAA) isn't that great IMO and VSR makes a HUGE difference. So much so that I simply can't play it at 1080p + no AA now because of how jagged it looks.
