Windows Server 2008 R2 on my workstation at work.

Waiting for the person that can't move on to say they see no reason to stop using XP for "buggy" vista/win7.

I am running x32 Vista Ultimate on my 2nd rig and x64 Vista Ultimate on my main rig. Both were sent to me free from MS from a 3 month feedback program, that I found out about here on TPU. TPU is great!
