What other gaming benchmark programs are out there?

Hi guys, Soon i hope to do some gaming benchmarking to see the difference in FPS from one CPU to the next. So i wanted to get a list together of games that i can run benchmarks on easily with. I will be using most of the ones from TPU > http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/Benchmarking/ but was also wondering what other ones can i get and use? I don't own battlefield sorry but is there a separate benchmark tool for it?

Anyway i plan to use my new cards 2x 7870's to run the tests with on a 1080P monitor, so if anyone can direct me to some other gaming benchmarking tools that be great.

I do have some older games here like COH, Fear, WIC etc but id prefer newer titles, unless requested otherwise.

If you are testing CPUs I'd suggest using the lowest graphics settings possible to completely remove any chance of a GPU bottleneck. Even with two higher-end cards modern games can still be GPU bound at 1080p.

Ok yea I see what your saying that's fair enough. Im not terribly worried about that issue as its just for myself and i dont mind sharing here on TPU the results i get. But ok ill try to do 2 tests on each game, one at 1080P and another at maybe...1280*1024? what would be a good low res but one people still play on?

I own 2033 its just not installed yet, does it have its own Benchmark inbuilt in the game?

CPU's I intend to test are as follows:

AMD 965 (my current CPU)
Intel 2550K (my brothers CPU)
Intel i7 940 (my lucky buy CPU)
AMD FX 8350 (My upgrade on my 965)

Yea thats true, its very GPU bound, but i might do it just for fun.

the F2P game MW:O is pretty CPU intensive. Uses the CRY3 engine. It doesn't have any benchmarking program in it, but it would make a decent benchmark for CPU performance using MSI afterburner for minimum/maximum/average FPS. The game doesn't currently support crossfire though.

No worries, sorry for the delay, ive been wanting to do or at least start testing but my m8s got extra time off work so we have been gaming for weeks on end

So next week i should finally be able to start, and i keep looking at my new 8350 just sitting there wanting to use it but i keep holding off so i can bench with my 965 first.

Ok guys im finally getting these benchmarks sorted, but im having a few issues with some of the programs, mainly issues with installing them.

ALL benchmark keeps coming up with an error and so does Call of Juarez. Does anyone know where i can download these from that are not corrupt?

Also AVP is a pain in the ass to try to get the batch file to load my config file, can some one direct me to the one that has a screen where i can just click and change the settings?
