I'm going to sell my motherboard and cpu soon in a few hours. There's no damage on it. Is there anything i should do? Because I think that just resetting the bios should be ok right? Im only selling the motherboard and cpu without any ssd or hdd or ram attached to it.

That's it. Its nice if it's in the box with all the extras and the I/O shield, antistatic bag
Just leave the CPU in the socket if you're selling it together. Take the
Heatsink off if it won't fit in the box

Why reset the BIOS? Clean it up as best possible and let the new owner do what they want with it.

Why not? Then have some naïve buyer call you and wonder why it won't boot. Takes 3 seconds

clean everything, put the accessories back and state the condition for the buyers (like no original box, cpu cover) so they have clear image about the stuff that they gonna buy
