Well, I kind of agree with them, by my guess the marketshare of AM3/2 is probably something like 30%(based on the responces to the poll and Steam's Hardware Survey). So why make 70% of the market pay for a bracket they aren't going to use? Of course, I would have prefered them to not include any brackets and just let us pick which we wanted and lower the overall price $30.
Then again I don't see much point in putting a $300 water cooling kit on a sub-$300 processor...
