Oh hey guys, once again Christmas brings me grief of deciding what to upgrade. I've already planned to buy a Crosshair IV and buy two 6850's and cf them, though I'll have roughly 150$ left over, and I have a little pc laying around and I wouldn't mind upgrading it with the left over money.

    It follows: E7400 @ stock
    4gb DDR2 RAM 800mhz- Kingston
    Asus P5QL-SE
    1TB Seagate Barracude
    Gigabyte Superb 550w psu
Galaxy GTS 250. (damn i have like 5 of these in total)^

So yeah, I'm thinking would going to a GTS 450, 5770 really increase perf much? Or it'd be better just to save or buy a headset or something? Opinions please :D

Yes i could, but then I'd have no money to buy anything else. I'm buying a crosshair formula IV and two 6850's to cf in my main rig. The rig im upgrading here is just for light gaming and everyday stuff. Though i wouldn't mind upgrading it with left over $$

If you have a few 250's lying around, why not upgrade the motherboard and SLI a few together?
