ok so im going to go with a 8600gt with 1 or 2 gb of ram and do i still have to get a new psu?
I'd recommend getting 2 GBs of ram, 1GB x 2 - The 8600 GT isn't a powerful card but it's cheap, within budget and can play Warcraft at high although it would most definately struggle with any new games especially due to your weak processor. No you do not need a new PSU for the 8600 GT. However if you decide to buy a more powerful card a new PSU will be required.
PS.
SR2168HM appears to be your memory's model number and not your motherboard's model number. Like I said before once I know your motherboard's model number I can advice you better.
