Nope, that's for the ten years period. I'm talking about SAC (Semi-Annual Channel, the old Current Branch for Business). Although, the extended support (which is actually 30 months, not three years as I thought before) is only available on Enterprise and Education. And, again, I think that you need special servicing tools (WSUS or System Center Configuration Manager) to avoid OS upgrades during all that time.Ltsb
