What's a good R9 290-290X fan profile

As the title states, whats a good fan profile to use?

What are you guys using? I've never bothered but would like some pointers on how to set it up.

A lot of it depends if your card makes unusually loud noises at certain fan speeds. Everyone's noise tolerance is different. Best to just use Afterburner and find what you're comfortable with in the noise/heat ratio.

Cards are quiet even @ 100% but the temp's vs fan speeds that's programed the bios are lazy imo

I have always ran all my cards at 100% while gaming :)
I either play with headphones, or at a volume that I don't hear my system depending on who's home at the time, and of course what time it is. :D
