Bios setting is on auto. And I'm getting a max of 400mhz?

Its an Asus P5N7A-GM board with Gskill rams.

    Board max at 800.
    Ram max at 1066

Can I do 5-5-5-15? Or what do you recommend?

Not sure why it's detected as a PC2 6400??? WTF
