The 120 is bigger and fits a 120mm fan, the 90 fits a 92mm fan.

im guessing the material used might not be A grade, or it failed thermalright's tests or something and they are selling it cheaply.. it could also be refurbished

I believe panchoman is right. Because they both are the 120 extreme. Either B grade means all aluminum and no copper, or a dinged part for some reason. The other two who said the other one is a 90mm fan while not wrong, arent necessarily right. That B grade fits 120mm fans.

Cheaper than a watercooling setup and it has good reviews.

get a xigamtek achilles 120mm or rifle 120mm cooler.. they beat thermalright by a few degrees
