What's the hottest GPU temps you've had?

I hit 113 on a 9800m on a gateway laptop ... (remember when Gateway had a brief come back in the gaming side!) and they thing tanked and auto clocked down till it cooled down to 80 deg and then it would let it climb again ... needless to say i returned the stupid thing.
