RX 580 no doubt. Best deal per g/pixel count per dollar out there (about $2 USD per g/pix), RTX 2060 is close to $7 USD per g/pix. If you use pure pixel pushing power into account and assuming current average pricing.
Although craptocoin crash panic selling sorta exhausted itself already, RX 580 was/is the value champ, and there still deals to be found on those puppies. I snatched three(3) RX 580's for $200 total shipped from an eBay seller dumping what seemed to be over several hundred of them, retail boxed and all, all the accessories and what not. This was back in September! The man must have needed the cash bad, because that ends up being $65 a piece... or in my case 0$. I sold one promptly for $200 flat to a clueless craigslist buyer, and kept the remaining two, at a total out of pocket cost of zero!!! LOLZ (do the kids still use that?). While the days of getting RX 580s from panicked miners for close to $50 dorra might be gone, they can be still found for under $100 making it the best deal per g/pix out there.
