in GPU-Z tab
PerfCap Reason
Pwr Idle
value constantly changes with an interval of 1-3 seconds, when the video card is idle
when the graphics card does not have a load (0-1%) in gpu-z the value shows the power limit. when the graphics card has a load (5%) all values are displayed correctly. what's wrong with her?

Double-check with HWiNFO to rule out a bug in GPU-Z

Did you try different driver versions?

yes I tried versions 442.87 and 432. in HWiNFO and msi afterberner also shows power limit

there is no deviation in the load. even overclocked it and the performance was normal, +111% power limit, +100 core, +1000 mem. total maximum consumption 249.8 watts

overclocked

Nothing wrong with the card, that is for sure. It might just bump into the power limit as set within that specific power state.

Values all look normal, the card is using correct, low voltage for a low clock and memory is also clocked down. I wouldn't fuss about this.

With a probability of 99%, the card is to blame, completely idle if you unscrew the power limit to 111% there are no jumps, all the graphs are in order. power consumption does not change. in the browser when the load is 2-3% the same saw in the graph. Now it remains to understand whether this is fraught with any consequences in the future.
