Where are settings stored?

I just had an issue with my computer last night, not sure what caused it, but ATITool took it as my video card had changed or something and lost all my settings, well, it just looks like the OC settings.

My question is, where are the OC stored? I make backups and should be able to pull the data out of them...if I know where it is.
