Where do I find a PCIe to PCI-X riser?

I can find the chips that can do what I want, I can also find PCI-e to PCI risers for €30, but no PCI-e to PCI-X riser. Does anyone know a manufacturer and/or shop that has these?

There's no information about it working on standard motherboards though.

Maybe PLX PEX8114.

Supermicro has one too.

They're all meant for specific server chassis. I doubt there's anyway around that.

PLX creates only the chips as far as I can tell. It's about the first I found.
