just the chip? Try Nvidia directly, but I doubt they are sold separately.

You might possibly be able to find it on Aliexpress. A lot of chinese companies recycle old or dead cards. dead/faulty cards become donar cards so all manner of working components will be pulled off them and implanted on other cards. Not sure about the actual GPU itself though -- I have seen laptop GPUs made into desktop GPUs in a linus tech tips video so Im sure you can get one from a guy on aliexpress - you just have to find one that is willing to sell to you.

you can also search for dead/faulty pascal cards on ebay but either way, you'll need a reball/reflow station and a good heatgun to take it off and put it on your own card.

Normally if I want a chip, I order from a distributor. It's best to have a long relationship with them, let's say 2 years+. They can do a search for you for hard to find parts by contacting other distributor on a global scale.

Finding dead cards for parts is a gamble that the part is good. ..I use stencil or preform for re-balling in a real oven.

Some distributors might not care to do business with you if you order less than 50 or 100 pieces at a time. Its not worth it for them to do all the leg work if youre going to order only one or less than a handful.

In any case, if your distributor with all their connections can sort you out. why are you even asking here? probably none of us here have an internet presence the size of LTT (as annoying he is...) so i highly doubt anyone has the connections to hook you up. I doubt even W1zzard has connections like that that can get you what youre looking for.
