Where can I find something like this in Europe?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/75mm-Vide...US_Video_Card_GPU_Cooling&hash=item461dcb6d97

I need them for Windforce GTX cards and R9 290 Twin Frozr - preferably sleeve bearing.

I am not sure what to search for. Most keyword combinations result in some type of case chassis fan, or a VGA heat sink etc..

Each one I find is either in Asia or the US.

Those are NOT 90mm fans though, they're 75mm, same as the ones you showed.

If you want to avoid case fans in your search include the word "frameless", as that's what these fans are. I did search for 90mm frameless fans on ebay.co.uk though and pretty much came up with nothing. I'm not sure you have the size right when you say 90mm though, have you measured them?

You should probably measure the mounting bolt pattern too. The 75mm ones shown have a 40mm hole to hole spread.

Sadly, that's from China I believe. I'll keep trying the specific fan model number as well.

Have you measured the ones you have yet? You still haven't verified whether they're actually 90mm, you're showing 75mm fans!

BTW, you can narrow your search further by using "VGA" and PWM". When I Googled for "90mm frameless PWM VGA fan", I for the first time actually found something nearly 90mm, and by the same manufacturer Power Logic, but it's a ball bearing type and from Hong Kong. I don't know if you can even find a 90mm frameless VGA fan, if it's even the size you need.

This is an 87mm fan, and even if you got two of these you'd have to know how to splice them together to get them to run off of one fan header.

Have you contacted Giabyte/MSI? Gigabyte went out of their way when I broke a fan.

Yes, they both say contact the reseller - who can't do anything because fans aren't covered under warranty.

I have found that the main issue with buying from Hong Kong on eBay is making damn sure the seller is describing the item right and has a good rating. A neighbor of mine wanted to replace his XP with a newer OS. We found a couple options, W8 in Hong Kong and W7 in Ohio. I recommended he go with the W7 in Ohio as the seller in HK was new and had no rating.

He went with the W8 from HK because he wanted the newest OS. He described it as a "Full" version in box (what used to be called Retail Box). Well, it was in box but COEM, not Full. Everything went OK until we tried to update it to 8.1. MS has no free DL link for COEM volume license versions, and they'll actually tell you on the phone they don't support 8.1 updates for them, which makes no sense to me. It will auto update, just not major service packs apparently. We sent it back and it was promptly refunded, but it cost $15 to ship it, which was the cheapest.

We also found this seller's eBay account was banned right after the item was ordered. He sent my friend an email right after shipping stating eBay had banned his account for selling W8 Pro at too low a price (he claimed other sellers complained about it), but I have to wonder if that would have been the case if the other sellers and eBay had known it was not actually W8 Full, but rather COEM. I warned my friend at that point to get a refund before receiving shipment, as that is when we also found out it was COEM (before we knew MS did not allow 8.1 update for it though), but it was unclear whether he'd have to pay return shipping or if we'd have any issues with it, so my friend opted to try it out.

I argued the inaccurate item description with eBay in their Resolution Center to try and get them to cover return shipping, but once the seller agrees to a refund you HAVE to pay return shipping.

Well half the battle is won, now knowing sizes and further details.
I may just find some three pin PWM 120mm fans and zip tie them for the 290 and in the meantime keep looking for someone's unused 290 shroud.
