Hi All,

Hope you are doing well in these hard times?

I recently built a PC for my friend for his work from home needs and wanted to gift him Spider-Man Games(since he loves Spider-Man and his birthday is coming up). Since, all the games are delisted, I am unable to get them.

Is there any way I can gift my friend the games?

Thanks for your time.

Regards,
Mafia

GOG.com is prolly a good place to look for older games... Though I can't imagine most of them being a good game as they are mostly movie-licensed cash grab. Not all of them though.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I did not find any Spider-Man Games on GOG. Would it be possible to link it here.

Hi, Thanks for sharing these. I considered these, but his taste is more on the lines of Spider-Man 2(OG) and the ones which are on PS4, single player story driven. I wanted to buy the Amazing Spider-Man Games or Shattered Dimension or Web of Shadows but unfortunately these got delisted.

Was searching online if steam keys are available, but could not find any.

Sorry, those were my assumptions as GOG.com is known for listing older games but I haven't verified them myself if they have some Spider-Man games or not. Their previous publisher: Activision most likely delisted them prolly due to either licensing issue or the games are underwhelmingly received.
Your other best bet is to find a physical copy on retail stores.

Definitely the last decent Spiderman games that were released on PC were:
-Spiderman 2(movie)
-Ultimate Spiderman
-Spiderman: Web of shadows
-Spiderman shattered Dimensions
These are definitely hard to come by for PC now sadly, specially for a digital version, best of luck trying to find them and if you do please report back as i've been wanting to play those myself.

The amazing spiderman game from back around 2012 was a pretty good game. However, it is no longer on steam and even though I still own it, I cant even run it.

Spider-Man, along with the Marvel Universe was acquired by Disney or owned by Sony (such as Spider-Man's case if I remember correctly) some time ago (as most folks know). With that, Disney pretty much pulled the plug on any and all IP that wasn't under their umbrella.

With Activision looking like the developer of most (maybe all, I haven't looked into them all) of the Spider-Man games on the PC, it's reason to believe that they lost the IP to further distribute/sell any Spider-Man related property.

Your best and probably only bet on finding any Spider-Man game on the PC would be to buy find them and by them off Amazon or ebay.
Look long enough, you'll see some on Amazon such as:
Spider-Man 2
Ultimate Spider-Man

Amazon used to be my spot to locate and buy physical copies of video games once the option to buy them from stores pretty much vanished since PC gaming made a strong shift to digital. Depending on the game, condition (box/jewel case/art work/etc) will make some games cost a good bit.

Well, I bought The Amazing Spider-Man from a website called GAMIVO and sadly the key did not work. Lost cause I think. Hope Sony brings the Spider-Man games here.

The place to find physical copies of games is ebay. If there is an older one you really want, keep checking and you’ll find one. Usually I find multiple copies available from different places. I managed to get the 2009 Wolfenstein this way.

Advice, limit your search to Buy it Now option and most of the time you will locate hard-to-find games so ewhat reasonable in cost.

EDIT: I just checked and there are most of the Spider Man games available, reasonable cost, including what I consider one of the best, the 2001 game that (at least in the English version) has Bruce Campbell as narrator.
