Where to get schematics or boardview for video card here ?

Am i interpreting this website the wrong way ?
I am not sure where to go to find schematics or board view for my video card.
I need one for

MSI GTX 1650 VENTUS XS OCV1 GDDR6​

at the very least to start with .

Where do i get schematics for MSI GTX 1650 VENTUS XS OCV1 GDDR6 ?
All i find is paid website that charge money but i dont even know if they have what i need.

My card is missing couple of capacitors on the back and i dont know their values.
Also i have a short on 8th pin bios chip and i dont know where it goes. Its all pitch black, i cant see traces clearly.

Can someone help ?

You are not going to find schematics. They are only online and "in-house" for "internal use only" by the makers.

I don't know what you mean by "board view".

I recommend you simply watch and learn. See how other ask for help and information, then see how other provide that help. I urge you do your homework before posting and verify your facts first.

The likelyhood of that happening is close to zero, sadly. GPU’s are damn hard to troubleshoot, let alone repair one. You could ask on some forums if one of the users has the same card. Maybe they’re willing to measure the caps :)

I watched dosens of youtubers looking at boardviews and schematics for some of the latest cards and older once.
Where do they get it ?

Caps in PCIE lanes already replaced but still only works on 8lanes PCIE slot.
So maybe Q799 and Q802 are the culprit? Are they related to no display when the card is installed in 16lanes?
As they are not looking good already, I cant see any markings to identify those components
