i have been looking for a smaller size ATX psu and i bumped in to Silverstone's Strider Series SFX their SST-ST45SF and SST-ST45SF-G the price difference is 35euros not much but which would do best when it needs to take Intel Pentium G860, SuperMicro C7Q67, atleast 8gigs memory, GTX 660/Ti (will come later), OEM DVD-Burner SATA, Intel X-25M G2 80gb and WD Green 2TB.

ino it's not much but still og the small micro-atx LianLi case, there will be better space with smaller size psu than normal size.

and yes i tired non-modular and modular psu's in the case and they r just cramping the wires too much ._.

so a little help, ino Gold is better than Bronze, but still would Bronze be good enough or should i go Gold to be safe?

i am buying this pc for my wife so i want it to work, and also so she can be able to game on it, and yes ino the Pentium cpu will be bottleneck but for the games she want even the GTX660Ti will be overkill overall but it's nice to have decent frame rates even in Aion...

Bronze will be enough, but if you have the money for it, Gold will be a bit quieter and uses higher quality components, so it should last longer. It's performance is also somewhat better. In my opinion, it's worth the premium.

Should never cheap out on a PSU, as it can be the be all and end all of a system. I always buy gold or above.

ino it's important to have a good psu i had a Cougar CM700 80+ Bronze for some years, before i bought my SeaSonic X760 80+ Goldie and i was happy with it.

but yes maybe i should just use the extra cash on it, i order one, so it will be more stable, or r there other brands that makes the same size of psu's maybe cheaper but same output?

Can you get Rosewill PSUs over there? If you can the Capstone 450w is based on the SuperFlower platform and is 80GOLD cert. Was going to buy one for my build, but couldnt pass up another deal.

I only buy gold or higher these days because it's useless to buy a cheaper, lower efficiency PSU that you end up paying more money to run and keep cool. Yes, I know the difference between bronze and gold is 5%, but it adds up if you end up using the PSU a lot for a few years.

You'll actually save money buying a seasonic over the long term. They seem to last quite long. Also very power efficient. If you don't have the cash then get the Corsair branded seasonic based PSU.

find it yourself. I don't live there, I don't know what's locally available for you or the online stores or shipping costs. The only thing I know is that people in India can find this stuff so you will definitely find it or its derivative somewhere near where you live since there's a bigger retail market where you are than India. And I know all these brands are international.
