Which 4890 ?

I've been wanting to CF a 4890 to my current 4870 and have been checking prices for a while to see if any better deals come about. Came across these two, which look pretty decent and would like to get a few opinions on which card would be the better choice....

I chose both these cards based solely on best price atm...plus an additional 20.00 credit I have coming from Newegg.

between sapphire and his, i take sapphire but still i prefer XFX or asus.

since you have a 4870 512mb , i would suggest Crossfiring it with another 4870, cause it would otherwise slow down the 4890 too much.

so either crossfire it with this 4870 with a custom cooler for $160

or sell your 4870 and buy one of the new 1ghz 4890 versions, cause i cant think of any game that wont run perfectly on max settings on that card.

nice idea....the prices between those two cards come down to 177.55 HIS and 164.99 Sapphire shipped after all discounts. Though I would prefer the ASUS or XFX, I'm strictly looking at price on these 4890's. So even though my current 4870 has been a totally awesome card from day one, maybe I'll sell it and stay with the single card setup using the 4890....Though I know prices will eventually fall further on these cards, atm these two I mentioned are pretty good deals.
AS for still going the CF route....I think you right about staying with another 4870 to match my current card.
