Which ATI partners are considered to be most reliable?

Reason i ask is because someone i know needs a video card for new system, it probably is going to be an HD 3650. I heard that Sapphire was one of the best, are they? Can any others be recomended?

Visiontek has a lifetime warranty on all their products.

don't think any company will encourage changing hs, but OCing is ok with default hs.

I personally recommend Sapphire as I have owned an X600 as a backup card by them. Did a flawless job. When it came bad, Sapphire fixed it no change, even paid shipping both ways.

XFX and eVGA allow changing the HSF AFAIK. So far i'm looking at Sapphire and Visiontek cards. Any other suggestions?

VisionTek and ATI brand are about on par with each other - but the best of the mid-tier brands.

Oh, and VisionTek also handles all the warranty issues for the ATI labeled brand.

Sapphire makes the "Built By ATI" cards, so they're good. HIS ICEQ cards are amazing too.

Visiontek i think pretty good all of my ATI Cards have been Visiontek haven't had a problem with them

I've only had rma experience with EVGA, and in that case I got my 3 year old 7800gtx replaced with a G80 8800gts 320mb. Even though I spent $520 on the 7800gtx originally, I'm slowly getting my money's worth. The rma went smoothly as well. Even though I had lost the original screws that came with the stock cooler, I just put the cooler in the same box as the card and it was accepted.

Shipping only took 2 days too.

Sapphire, the brand of my 2900pro on the other hand I'm not sure of. I've heard of really poor rma service and it only has a 1 year warranty. I didn't care though because I bought my card used.
