To cool my to be purchased Q6600 G0 ,I'm hoping to buy one of these coolers.
Zalman CNPS 9700 LED - $55
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118019
ZeroTherm Nirvana NV120 premium - $48
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835887011
I ignored TR Ultra 120 coz I have to put a separate fan and aesthetic appeal is worthier than 2C :p and have to lap it too.
Anyways I need some good high end air cooling.Suggest from one of this or other.
Hope to purchase in the next two days.
Any help is welcome.

Well I had a CNPS9700 and it was very good on my E6600. However, I had to move to the TR Ultra Ex. to get to 3.6Ghz (with any decent temps that is), and the temp difference was not 2 or 3 degrees for me, it was more like 10 when I went to the TRUE (Lapped and my load temps are now mid/high 50's at 1.5v). The Zalman is still rated by many sites as one of the top 5 or 6 air coolers in the market and, I agree, it does look very cool (better looking than the TRUE in my opinion also).

So take my experience with a grain of salt, as I have no idea how hot the Q6600's get when you start upping the voltages, and I also dont know how high an OC your hoping for. Someone else will have to talk about the ZeroTherm's performance.

So you are saying the Zalman coolers are more good looking then the Thermalright?
You would be a fool not to buy the Thermalright.
The Zalman is good but not great and the ZeroTherm looks like sh#t to be honest so if you go for the looks get the Zalman.:toast:

Thermaltake or Thermalright? Either/or, I like the look of the Zalman better with the LED. I would of kept it if I had better temps with it, but TR is king right now for air cooling.

Edit
This looks better than any of the tower coolers out right now (in my opinion anyway).

Do remember that if you buy the Zalman not to move your case a lot because then you will have a hole in your mobo if you are not carefully.;)

I have the CNPS 9700 LED and with stock clocking and AS5 in seeing core tems around 17 ish, and overally cpu tems in the 30's. I haven'd managed to overclock high yet, i keep getting hardware errors, but im going to post a thread about that. Thats all i can say about the CNPS 9700 LED.

Oh im running a Intel Q6600 also
