which graphics bios should i use in ordor to make Gigabyte 9550SE @ 9600

i don't if it is possible; but if you can help me.
It works with a bus of 64bits.
Recently i used ATi Tool to Overclock it. At the moment the core is running at 400mhz, and the mem is at 250mhz(500DDR).
Volt mods. Do you now how to do it on this 9550SE?
