Which Graphics card?

what graphics card will get a minimum of 90fps in cod4 on max setting at 1680x1050? the reason i say 90fps instead of the usual 60, is because i plan on recording using fraps and fraps takes about a frame from your game for every frame you record, and i plan on recording in 30fps.

Personally i'd go with the GTX 560 Ti for the b-4-b point of view.

The PSU choice will have an effect on your gfx choice.

GTX570 will do great for your use, even my 9800gt SLI will do 175 constantly no drops.... recording is 100fps minimum

Do you REALLY need that Adaptec sata card I mean like REALLY REALLY need it?? you alread have about 6 Sata II slots and i think 2 of them are SATA III so 8 slots in total. How many hard drives do you plan on running? you gonna be downloading the whole of the interwebs on your PC or something???????

yes, i plan on recording my console games such as xbox 360 using the black magic intensity shuttle in fully uncompressed 1080p 30fps which takes about 233.28mbps write speeds so i need a minimum of at least that in order for it to not have any frame drops.

if your recording at those sorts of speeds your going to fill up those hard drives very quickly, have you thought about getting the f3's - slightly slower but their available in 500gb and 1tb

i decided on the GTX 460.

i decided on the GTX 260.

that card is OLD - you would better off grabbing a cheap 5850 or 6850/6870/6950/6970.

the 6xxx series cards are generally more energy efficient then the 260 and should clock better.

if you STILL want to stay in green camp though a GTX460, 560, or 570 should be fine.

Personally i wouldnt touch that 260 unless it was going stupidly cheap
