Which mATX MB with S.775 + DDR3 + OC ?

Hi,

i need an Mainbord with S.775, DDR 3 Ram Support and some Overclocking abilities.
Unfortunately it must be mATX.
I have an Q9550 which did 4.4 Ghz watercooled.


J just want to use this CPU in my second rig.
Now i got an P5QPL-VM but it runs only 240 MHZ FSB stable, thats a small +100 Mhz on cpu.

I also have 2x 4GB DDR3 dimms which i want to use.
I already have searched for alternatives but when you are used to buy only highend Boards,
these matx boards look very cheap and by only seeing pictures i can´t imagine they clock better than my asus board.

My target is about 3500 Mhz.

So can someone maybe recommend a Mainboard with this abilities ?
