As others have mentioned, I'm primarily PC master race, and with the way Xbox has been (finally) bringing their "exclusives" to PC through Xbox Gamepass and the Microsoft Store I won't feel the need at all to buy an Xbox.
I am interested in PS 5, however, and if the price is right and I can swing it financially I'll aim for getting that to sit in my living room while my PC is upstairs in my "bonus room" above the garage. I also have a Switch in the living room, but we typically use it in handheld mode.
The reason I'll get a PS 5 is they still have some exclusives. Yes, I can get PS Now and play with a DS controller on PC, but I don't know for sure that all the new games will be streaming on PS Now. If they are, then I won't even need a PS 5, if they're not, then I'll still be tempted by it.
The other option in my mind is building an HTPC or using an Nvidia SHIELD in the living room to stream my games from PC down to there and just foregoing exclusives on PS. This might be my preference if the next gen PS games can be streamed using PS Now, because that would give me more flexibility, although not as simple to use as just turning on a PS 5.
