Fastest 60Hz panel doesn't make sense. It's 60Hz.

Which is heavier? A ton of feathers or a ton bricks? ;)

It all depends on what will be hitting you in the face.

1. LG 27MB85R-B

4. Dell U2715H

The Dell is the slowest of the bunch at 6ms, and promises 99% sRGB color coverage.
The LG one has slightly better response time at 5ms, and offers same color gamut for sRGB.
Both the ASUS models offer 100% sRGB gamut, and also have 5ms.

- The LG and both ASUSes state 60-75Hz rated frequency in the specs, so I'd go for one of them if the specs are all that matter.
- If I must add tho, personally I'd go with the Dell when it comes to design. It just looks cool with that slim chassis. Those small differences won't be noticeable at all.
- Still there's the factor price that should be put in the game. If the price is almost the same all over the board, get whichever you want, all of them are capable of nearly the same visual performance.
If the price is different tho, I'd consider the cheaper one, since you are comparing apples with apples.

btw, which game do you want to play, and what are you trying to achieve with this future monitor of yours?

I read that and thought you must have intended "faster than 60 Hz". If that was the case, I would say I just addressed similar question in this thread

https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/looking-at-1440p-suggestions.241392/

With regard to refresh rates and other image issues... I would say none of the above.

The Dell has a response time of 9ms lag time of 12ms (those are real tested numbers, not the fiction on manufacturers web site)

PB278Q has a lag time of 16.6 ms

I wouldn't really put any of those in the "gaming monitor" category. If ya have the budget to pick up ther $500 Dell, I'd extend it a bit and grab The Acer XBM271HU bmirpz or $599 ... however, I just checked and the price is back up to $699 again. But with the DRR screens dropping in Q2, these prices will tank as soon was word of the new tech designs hit the net.

I have smaller version of the PB278Q, the PB258Q, it is a pretty nice monitor. It isn't specifically a gaming monitor, but i do play games with it and it works well. These monitors are IPS and IIRC do have more latency than a TN panel.
