Hello guys, since i bought a GTX 1070ti 2 weeks ago, i where looking to bring my i7 4790k to 4.6Ghz @1.3v again (in the past [like 1 year ago] i had a corsair GTX H100iv2, but the pump died, and it cost $200USD, a lot).
I had to mention a thing, and that is im from Argentina, and here brands like Cryorig or Noctua doesnt exist.

So the coolers that i have in mind are:

DeepCool Assassin II for $105 USD Dollars (or 4200 ARS, the only thing i dont like from this one is the weight and its price)

DeepCool Lucifer K2 for $57 USD dollars (or 2300 ARS)

ID-Cooling FrostFlow+ 240 for $87.5 USD Dollars (or 3500ARS, and also, i think the FrostFlow+ is not the same has the FrostFlow 240L)

Cooler Master Master Air MA620P for $77.5 USD Dollars (or 3100 ARS)

Cooler Master Master Liquid ML240L RGB for $103 USD dollars (or 4100 ARS, the RGB is not a plus for me, im looking for the best performance).

FSP Windale 6 for $87 USD Dollars (or 3470 ARS)

Which one is going to be the best CPU cooler? I would love to import a Noctua NH-D15, but it will cost me like $250 USD :(

Yeah, here everything is really expensive. For example, when i bought my 1070ti FTW2, it cost me $700USD from official Nvidia retailer (which was the cheapest seller).

At least with a good air cooler, if the fan goes you can always grab another one easily and cheaply.

The only thing that i found from fractal design here is some computer cases.
The coolers that i mentioned are the best that i found and dont cost too much.
