Which PSU: Be Quiet! Pure Power CM L8 630W or Corsair TX Series 650W ?

Hello,
i need a little decision help for a new PSU please.
There are two PSU´s i want to make a decision.

Corsair TX Series 650W - (Modular or not Modular) http://www.corsair.com/us/tx650w.html?___store=us&___from_store=de
and
Be Quiet! Pure Power L8 CM Modular 630W

I read good stuff about both in many ways. Be quiet seems to be fom HEC
and Corsair may be a Seasonic or a Channel Well Brand

Some suggestions for which one i should go would be nice. Thanks.

Specs are:
AMD Phenom II X4 810 OC @3,1GHZ
4 Gig DDR3 SDRAM
NVIDIA 570 GTX
2 SATA Roms

So slightly OC on this but planing on an Intel System next. Thats the reason i want to go for ~600W.

I would take the TX650 because I prefer CWT to HEC. If you find any TX650 V2 stock (which was made by Seasonic) then go for it.

If you live in the US the Corsair RM 650 series are on sale right now. Better that both of those. Made by CWT

Thanks at first for the answers.
Im from germany. The RM series is expensive here.
If i go for the Corsair TX model, a Seasonic rebrand namely the V2
would be the best i could get for my money right ?
And do you prefer / suggest Seasonic much more then CWT (Channel Well?) ?
Cause i search the available shops here for a Modular version of the TX650V2

well for that price you cant expect fully modular
i would advice you to get 750w seasonic one. it is few euro more and it is made from seasonic for sure

Which one would you mention the
Seasonic M12II Bronze 650W or 750W.
I can get both at the same price 83€. But dont know which one is better
for me. I dont plan on sli or crossfire but on upgrading in the future.

both are bronze rated. and if price is same or with very little difference get bigger one.
you dont plane to cf/sli now but you can change plans in future. you dont need power only for cf/sli. you may add more hdd drives or OC for example.
750W can run with 650W or less consumption but 650W cant run on more then 650W (at least not for long)

Ok the Seasonic is running right now in my system.
Got a question about my Nvidia PCI E connectors. My card has two 3 Pin Contacts.
Should i connect both with one PCI Cable from the PSU
or is it better to use two single cables ?

You mean two 6 pin connectors? It doesn't matter. Ether way is good. I actually have that PSU and I used one cable with the two connectors for my 7950
